Help
How can we help?
Most questions are answered below. If yours isn’t, a real person reads every message.
Buying
Do I need an account?
No. Add riddims to your cart and check out securely with Stripe. We send your download link to the email address you give at checkout.
What's the difference between the Stereo Mix and the Multitrack Stems?
The Stereo Mix is the finished riddim, mixed and ready to voice. The Multitrack Stems give you every instrument on its own track, not grouped stems, and they include the Stereo Mix, so you never need to buy both.
Why is tax added at checkout?
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT, where it applies, is worked out at checkout from your address.
Can I get these riddims with a subscription instead?
Most riddims here are also on riddimBank, where a monthly plan gives you credits for riddims, loops and one-shots. See riddimBank plans.
Downloads
When do I get my files?
Right after you pay, usually within a minute, we email you one link. It opens a page with every file you bought.
My download link ran out.
Open the link anyway. The page lets you ask for a fresh link, which we email to the address you bought with.
I can't find the email.
Check your spam or promotions folder. Still nothing? Write to us with the email address you used at checkout.
What format are the files?
24-bit WAV files in a ZIP. They work in every modern recording program: drag them in and you're ready to go.
Using the riddims
Can I release my song?
Yes. Each license covers one song plus one dub or instrumental of it, royalty-free. Other artists may voice the same riddim. Read the license.
Who do I credit?
The musicians listed on the riddim's page and the riddim's Composer. Ask us and we'll tell you exactly who to credit.
Can I use one riddim for several singers?
Yes, with one license per singer. Ask us about a quantity discount.
